I’m Justin Merhoff, and I want to personally welcome you to my little part of the internet.
This is my personal space where I can share my thoughts and insights with others.
In the Blog section of this site, you will mostly find me writing about cybersecurity, accessibility in cybersecurity, leadership, and change management. That being said, Merhoffing is not just about what I do for my profession, it’s about how I approach problems, look for better outcomes, and stay curious.
I pride myself on being a forever learner who loves to mentor and share the lessons I’ve learned, some from experience and others from the people who helped shape how I think. I believe in open conversations and do my best to break down information silos.
Whether you're here to learn something new, challenge your thinking, or explore a different perspective, I’m glad you found your way here.
Let’s keep learning and building together.
If you’d like to be notified when new posts go live, I’m happy to send them your way.
Just email me at merhoffing@gmail.com with the word Subscribe in the subject line or body. I’ll add you to the list. No spam. No tracking. Just posts worth sharing.

Accessibility Commitment
This blog is hosted on BearBlog, a minimalist platform that emphasizes speed and simplicity.
While I do not control every aspect of the platform, I am personally committed to ensuring the content I publish here follows accessibility best practices to the greatest extent possible.
I strive to:
Use proper heading structure for screen reader navigation, ensure good color contrast in any visuals I post, avoid inaccessible elements like autoplay media or flashing content and I will keep learning how to improve accessibility across all my digital spaces.
If you come across anything that feels inaccessible or hard to use, I welcome your feedback.
You can reach me by email at merhoffing@gmail.com.
Everyone deserves access, and that includes access to ideas, knowledge, and each other!
